Agent Choice via Quantum Flux: a proposal

This is a research proposal outlining a model that I call “Agent Choice via Quantum Flux” (ACQF). It proposes that when an agent faces and makes a choice, they are to be modeled by an effective “macrostate,” not a single unique quantum state. This allows an agent to “collapse the quantum state” to a preferred outcome without resulting in violation of the Born Rule, since the same choice may be made through multiple quantum states, the latter acting as “microstates” that support but do not uniquely define the given choice.
